A family-owned celebration of Mexican culture, community, and cuisine in the heart of Garden City,
Growing up just a few blocks from the legendary Plaza Garibaldi in Mexico City, our founders were shaped by the sights, sounds, and flavors of one of the world's most vibrant cultural landmarks. The plaza — birthplace of Mariachi music and a gathering place for generations of families — wasn't just a neighborhood fixture. It was a living symbol of what Mexican culture is all about: warmth, community, and the joy of sharing a great meal.
When the opportunity came to bring those traditions north to Idaho, the decision was easy. Garibaldi's Mexican Restaurant opened its doors in Garden City with a single mission: to recreate the spirit of that beloved plaza — the laughter, the music, the food — and share it with a new community.
Every dish we serve is a tribute to that heritage. Our recipes draw from generations of family cooking, refined over years and seasoned with the same love that filled the kitchens of our childhood. From our sizzling fajitas to our hand-crafted margaritas, everything on the menu tells a story.
